Job Description

he successful Senior Tax Manager will be expected to produce the necessary tax deliverables for the Real Estate business of our client ( Deliverables include tax results, FAS 109 Accounting, estimated payments, projections, investor inquiries and various others )
 The role of Senior Tax Manager willalso assist with tax issues arising from acquisitions, dispositions, financing, new construction, and development activities
 This position will report to the Director of NJ Income Tax team.

Job Requirements
Who we are looking for
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
 4+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience
 4+ years of real estate fund experience
 CPA required
 Partnership income tax experience
 Polished communication and presentation skills
 Team player
