Lead process improvement and process design teams to rigorously apply the Six Sigma process improvement process, with a strong emphasis on using LEAN tools and concepts in order to achieve business results.   Required KnowledgeStructured problem solving and process analysis skills and experience:  uses a systematic, disciplined and data-based process that gets to root cause to solve problems (not firefighting), analyzes and improved processes.  Not satisfied with Status Quo. Knows that improvement opportunity exists everywhere. Team Orientation: Enjoys working in a team environment.  Able to work closely with the Teterboro senior leadership team to drive Six Sigma projects and business results. Able to work cross-functionally in matrix environment. Able to coach others, including business leaders in Lean tool application.  Quantitative Data Analysis aptitude: enjoys and is skilled at working with numeric data, can synthesize quantitative data to draw business conclusions. General: Able to work on multiple projects under time constraints. Proactive and Self-directed. Able to communicate and work at all levels in the organization. Exhibits strong leadership and negotiations skills and desire for higher responsibility.  Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills. Software Proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access).   Required ExperienceThree to Five years demonstrated project management excellence leading a cross-functional team in implementation of lean concepts such as 1 piece flow, cells, Kanban systems, standard  work and 5S.  Required EducationBachelor's Degree. Responsibilities:


 Establish and Define quality processes and procedures that ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation


Managing and developing quality personnel; ensuring the effective integration of quality personnel into in-process inspection in support of the value stream structure


Submits and administers budget and and assures performance standard are achieved


Liaison with domestic and international customers and vendors to ensure compliance with standards and execution of corrective actions
