Position is responsible for establishing a comprehensive maintenance system to maximize production availability while controlling overall costs.  A focus on total preventative maintenance and continuous improvement upgrades is essential.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Creates and updates the preventive maintenance program for the facility and all equipment, assigns responsibility to appropriate staff, and keeps daily maintenance checklists on all equipment
Plans for and coordinates the installation of new equipment and the removal or movement of current equipment; finds contractors as needed, reviews the contracts and monitors and approves contractors work
Responsible for developing and monitoring the maintenance repair and capital improvement budgets
Keeps equipment maintained and functioning to meet all production and quality requirements, to include reducing downtime, increasing output, and reducing energy costs
Collaborate with the Production team and key employees to effectively plan for scheduled and unscheduled events to maximize time for rebuilds, repairs and preventative maintenance
Consistently participate and follow the Plant's Manufacturing Operating System, attend and contribute to daily and weekly meetings on a regular basis. Contribute to and support continuous improvement initiatives
Effectively utilize enterprise planning tools to manage the department and maintenance activities
Effectively lead the maintenance staff by coaching, development, communication, change management, delegating duties, and holding staff accountable. Create a team oriented environment which motivates staff and keeps employees engaged in their jobs, the Plant and the company
 

INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN / MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

(PCP) a public company and operates as a stand alone entity.  We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible, and dependable industrial maintenance mechanic (electrician/ PLC knowledge) with at least 3 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment for our 1st shift. Must be capable of troubleshooting electrical issues in an industrial forging facility. Candidates must also be capable of making industrial equipment adjustments, repair, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment. The right candidate must be skilled in electrical as well as mechanical with strong troubleshooting abilities and the ability to work under minimal supervision. PLC Knowledge, electrical maintenance on machines and equipment, troubleshooting and knowledge in PLC troubleshooting and programming.

ESSENTIAL REPONSIBILITIES:
 


Must be able to install & repair electrical apparatus & wiring circuits which consist of three-phase 240V & 460V.


Troubleshoot,  repair & maintain industrial machinery & equipment.


Applicant required to have mechanical & PLC  knowledge to complete equipment repairs,  read complicated drawings or simple sketches


Must have ability to be on call 24 hrs for emergency repairs.  


English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write and speak English


Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds.


 

NHS has expanded its Addiction Services Division to include Mobile Addiction Treatment Services (MATS) in NJ. 
 
Program Overview:
MATS provides outpatient substance abuse treatment services to meet the post-acute health, social, and educational needs of persons living with HIV / AIDS. MATS is a best practice model designed to collaborate with sterile exchange programs to provide optimal substance abuse treatment for Syringe Exchange Program (SEP) participants by utilizing Motivational Counseling and Harm Reduction techniques. MATS provides medication-assisted services, including Methadone and Suboxone, and aggressive case management, in a seamless treatment continuum.
 
Hours: Every other Saturday - Sunday 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM
 
The Security Guard / Driver will be responsible for the following:
 

Maintain a safe environment in and around the mobile unit, including enforcing no loitering
Escort nursing staff to and from mobile unit when transporting medications
Conduct radio / communication equipment check with local police at the start of shift
Promptly inform on-site staff as to the need and scope of crisis intervention services
Promptly inform on-site staff and/or local police department of any immediate threat to personal safety of staff or clients
Monitor clients conduct in and around the mobile unit to ensure that diversion or any questionable behavior is addressed and reported to program staff
Complete any required incident reports
Complete monthly van inspection reports
Maintain an environment that is supportive to the health, safety and welfare of the facility

' Maintain and order car stock for various ATM types within region.
' Must work with ATM owner, bank representative, or subcontractor to solve and report customer ATM issues.
' Communicate with customers in person or via telephone on troubled machines when needed.
' Activate, deactivate, install, and shelve Mas Hamilton locks.
' Diagnose software or communication faults on various ATM's within region.
' Provide on site training for newly hired field technicians.

Electronics is expanding!  Through December 2007, sales have grown nearly 400% since 2001 (37% last year alone) and we would like to continue to accelerate this growth with you.  Last year alone we increased employment by 15%, and opportunities abound in HBE.  In order to continue our rapid growth, we need 5-10 Service Technicians to support customers located in NYC, western Long Island and, in New Jersey, Essex and Bergen Counties.
 
POSITION OVERVIEW: Installation Technician primarily will perform installation-related functions with occasional Service/Maintenance related tasks.  This employee must possess superior technical skills, adaptability, sound judgment and the ability to act independently.
 
In this position you will be installing surveillance cameras on United States Marine bases, both in the USA and Asia. Exact location to be determined.
 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned. Essential functions may vary by location.
 
INSTALLATION

Install CCTV, Access Control and Intercom Equipment and ancillary equipment
Install and pull wires and cables
Test installed equipment and program system head end
Troubleshoot any system level or individual equipment problems
Assist Project Manager coordinating efforts with other trades
Document activities on a daily basis, noting hours worked and tasks performed
Submit requisition for management approval for parts needed
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order

 
SERVICE

Provide technical advice and support to customers via phone and in the field
Provide customer with additional training and information when approved by
Responsible for field preventive maintenance and repair service in accordance with maintenance agreement, warranty and/or manufacturer’s approved procedures
Follow all safety standards
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair any system or component level equipment failures
The termination and testing of replaced components and equipment
The programming of system “Head End" equipment as required.
May be required to be on-call after normal working hours and on weekends/holidays
May be required to work overtime as necessary to restore vital security components/systems
Must maintain a clean, orderly work area at the customer facility
Carefully and neatly maintains time card, job ticket information, documents all work accurately, and then submits to Project Administrator on an as required basis.


Insures that all customer site and agency safety procedures are followed
Assist Project Manager in coordination of efforts and cooperation with other trades as required
Perform all work to Company and Manufacturer’s Standards
Assist Engineering and Project Management with Start up and Close out as required

 
 
SUPERVISORY DUTIES:  May perform supervision of apprentices and less experienced technicians in accordance with Company policies, to include: orientation and training, planning assigning and directing work, coaching and appraising performance, and resolving problems.
