Support daily operations of the mission critical data center facility – including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and emergency /life-safety systems.
Provide technical support to dispatch and service personnel to resolve complaints and provide a superior level of customer service.
Supervise a combination of in-house, contract personnel to achieve desired maintenance results and oversee the cleaning and proper housekeeping of the facility.
Routinely inspect and evaluate facility infrastructure and utility systems for liabilities related to equipment age/condition, operating cost or potential failure. Prioritize recommendations for facility upgrades, and prepare justifications for resources to be included in the capital or operating budgets.
Review project design documents, and provides input for mechanical, electrical plumbing, structural, and life-safety selections and configurations. To insure that system arrangements will satisfy Data Center Facility operational standards.
Oversee and supervise field operations during project advancement. Insure construction activities, system installations, start-up and commission meet or exceed standards.
Develop and update standard operating procedures for all new/existing equipment and services.
Manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs for all utility systems and fixed facility equipment (e.g. boilers, air-conditioners, electrical systems, and emergency generators/transfer switches, etc).
Monitor trash removal compactors, dumpsters and recycling.
Oversee all interior-building repairs done in house when applicable.
Solicitation of proposals of those repairs needed to be outsourced.
Monitoring schedules of Vendors that do scheduled works i.e. Carpet and Chair cleaning.
Coordinate and Schedule vendors when doing installations, repairs or painting.
Work with the Landscaping and Snow removal contractors to ensure all landscaping and roadway are safe and clean.
Daily checks and repairs of all exterior and interior site lighting.
Act as a liaison with Company employees when trouble calls are received.
Overtime is a major requirement and being On-call . Some work has to be scheduled for after hours or on the weekends. You will be required to come in or stay late to supervise this work. Also on inclement weather days, in the morning you are required to be in early to check the building and the walkways and on days when the building closes early you would have to stay late to assist any employees who remain late and to react well in critical, unexpected situations.

The Account Development Executive is responsible for creating and developing high-level customer relationships. Assures compliance with current State, JCAHO, and professional organizational standards. Promotes expected patient outcomes through the utilization of PI data. Determines patient care standards for the unit, with staff, that are consistent with organizational philosophy and established patient care standards. Supports, coaches and role models all aspects of nursing care. Assures that payroll is completed in a timely manner and is accurate. Promotes Patient Satisfaction. Maintains an active role in orientation of new staff.
